I’m looking forward to speaking with you soon! In the meantime, here is what you can do to get ready for our conversation:
- Begin thinking about what you want to achieve. One year from now, what would you like to be different about your life?
- What special considerations do you have? This could be medical issues like heart disease or diabetes; previous injuries, pregnancy, highly physically active occupation, being a single parent, etc.
- How much time can you realistically commit to working out in the next two weeks? One hour every three days? 20 minutes every day? 30 minutes per week?
- What exercise equipment do you currently have access to, and what (if any) equipment do you want to have access to?
- What excites you about getting started?
- What scares you about getting started?
