Hugh is a great instructor, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced athlete. He’s very experienced and knowledgeable and able to tailor instruction to his client. He creates a judgment-free training environment aimed at helping the client to feel comfortable and able to have a say in their training while also being challenging. He’s very good at providing instruction regarding technique and focuses on solid and sustainable fundamentals. I found him to be friendly, professional, responsive and able to provide additional resources to help me in my fitness journey. And he continually checked in with me to make sure he was helping me continue to work toward my fitness goals. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
