Kettlebell Fundamentals
Kettlebell training is one of the most effective ways to build full-body strength, improve movement quality, and develop conditioning — but the lifts need to be learned correctly. Done well, they're safe and incredibly effective. Done poorly, they're frustrating at best and injury-prone at worst.
This five-session course gives you a solid foundation in the core kettlebell lifts — the swing, the clean, the press, and the Turkish get-up. By the end you'll have the technique and confidence to train effectively on your own.
